Video: MRF Save the Fish Project by Robert Celecia
MRF save the fish project from Robert Celecia on Vimeo.
“Every year millions of fish die off when irrigation channels are shut off suddenly by the ranchers of the Madison Valley in Montana.
With volunteers, and cooperation from ranchers, many thousands of fish may be saved. Schools, Businesses, flyshops, guides and individuals can look to the Madison river foundation’s website every October to plan the date when the Irrigation channels will be closed and the work of saving the fish can begin. The program is a coordinated effort between the Local ranchers in the Madison Valley and the Madison River foundation.”
